Jumpstart your fitness journey 2020

Why is it so easy to make goals for ourselves at the beginning of each new year, and then fail to live up to them by January 21st? It's because we fail to have a Re-Start plan. When we don't reach our goals for the day or for the week, we go back to displaying the behaviors that are comfortable for us. It is always important to have a plan in place to determine how you will bounce back when you fail. Because we know, that there is no ultimate success without some failures along the way. Let us not allow our small failures to prevent us from being great in 2020 and beyond. Stay encouraged and steadfast in 2020.
